Chelsea increases their interest in a Bundesliga player

Chelsea has increased their interest in Borussia Dortmund forward Youssoufa Moukoko, according to “allfootballleague.”

The brilliant 18-year-contract old’s with Dortmund expires at the end of the season, and “allfootballleague” earlier stated that several Premier League clubs were becoming more confident that Moukoko was willing to leave Dortmund.

Chelsea is among Moukoko’s admirers, and sources have stated that the Blues have increased their interest in the German international after their unsuccessful pursuit of Palmeiras’ Endrick, who has joined Real Madrid.

Chelsea has made contact with the player’s representation in the hopes of making a low-cost deal for the youngster, who has six goals and four assists in 14 Bundesliga appearances this season and has long been regarded as a potential future superstar.

Manchester United and Liverpool remain interested in Moukoko, while Arsenal and Tottenham have been notified of the player’s wish to leave Dortmund in 2023 by those involved in the sale.

However, “allfootballleague” believes that the greatest danger to Chelsea’s pursuit of Moukoko maybe Barcelona, who view this as an opportunity to secure a potential cornerstone of their future at a considerable discount.

Blaugrana officials, like Chelsea’s, are working hard to win the battle for Moukoko’s signing, but Dortmund has not given up hope of keeping him.

Moukoko’s increasing engagement in Dortmund’s first squad this season reflects the German club’s dedication to his development. It is intended to persuade the adolescent that if he stays, he will most likely keep his spot in the German national team.

Moukoko, who traveled to the World Cup with Hansi Flick’s team, saw only one minute of play after the first game and is not yet a definite squad member. Hence, Dortmund aims to entice the youngster to remain and strengthen his international prospects at Signal Iduna Park.

At the same time, Chelsea is eager to bring Moukoko to the club as part of its ambition to recruit elite young players. Endrick was their first objective, but now that he’s gone to Real Madrid, the spotlight is on Moukoko.
