How Karim Benzema could return for France at World Cup

Karim Benzema could return for France

Karim Benzema may be able to help France win the World Cup after all, as news has come out that he is getting better quickly from an injury.

After getting hurt, it was thought that Karim Benzema would miss the whole tournament. However, he did not pull out of the team, and France manager Didier Deschamps did not call up a replacement. Instead, he took 25 players to Qatar.

At first, it was thought that Benzema would be out for about three weeks. However, reports in Spain say that the Ballon d’Or winner is ahead of schedule and could start training as soon as this week.

Since Benzema is still on the France team, he is technically eligible to play in the World Cup and could return to Qatar if everything goes well.

France’s defense of the World Cup has gotten off to a good start. Wins over Australia and Denmark put them in the round of 16 with one game left in their group.

Les Bleus play Tunisia on Wednesday to finish the group stages and prepare for the next round.
