Reece James “confident” of making England World Cup squad

Chelsea’s right-back After allegedly making significant progress. In his rehabilitation from a hamstring injury, Reece James is hopeful that he will be selected to the English World Cup squad.James’ knee injury against AC Milan squad on October 11 placed serious doubt on his ability to travel to Qatar. According to the Evening Standard, Reece James is ahead of schedule in his recovery from a knee injury. He was wearing a brace for four weeks.James, who is now in Dubai for treatment, is claimed to have made significant progress. He is optimistic about making the squad.

James may not be fit for England’s opening game against Iran on November 21. However,  the Chelsea right defender is optimistic that he will play a role in the remaining group-stage matches.After speaking with James, England manager Gareth Southgate did not press the 22-year-old to speed up his comeback.

Kyle Walker of Manchester City is also in a time crunch to prove his health. He may be the deciding factor in Southgate’s ultimate choice. A 32-year-old man old hasn’t been fully fit since early October. It was the time when he began suffering from a groin injury.
